Mac's "cmd" key is not working

1. there is no "cmd" special key
2. "cmd" is not modifier-key, so If one presses "cmd"+c (that is analog to "ctrl"+c in win/linux), then handler for "c" executes.

solution for 1 point - adding to special array:
'cmd' : $.browser.opera ? 17 : $.browser.mozilla ? 224 : [91, 93]
