Error 500 when creating user.

How to reproduce

When creating a new user, error 500 appears.
There's no problem with a reseller account.

Hi, I just deployed to another domain controller as a precaution, and upon reviewing the issue, I've found that the problem arises when hosting plans are deleted and the user is created without assigning a hosting plan. This should be a mandatory requirement in the UI to avoid that 500 error.
