Add the ability to turn off daily usage reports

As far as I can see in the notification settings, there is no way to turn off the daily usage report emails.
I would like to be able to disable these notifications without impacting other notifications.

you can disable the cron from OpenAdmin > Advanced > System Cron Jobs:

for example change the schedule to non-existent date like 31.February: 0 0 31 2 * so it never runs.

or directly edit the /etc/cron.d/openpanel file to comment the line or remove it: https://github.com/stefanpejcic/openpanel-configuration/blob/fde149237c7904c59ee4bd8af0928d795114eeef/cron#L40
