The app you made worked for me several years ago, but now it no longer seems to work out of the box. I think this may be because of the changes to the Twitter API; it would be nice to have this updated at some point.
If what I wrote above is not true, and it still works fine for others, feel free to close this issue.
As the other commenter mentioned, the setup page now goes to a 404. The app is also now archived by Splunk
