Goal 1. Provide out-of-the-box hooks to guarantee agentic development security and avoid agents deliberated actions 2. Provide a YAML file inside of .agentic folder to register custom TS / JS hooks besides the ones provided by default 3. Provide in the YAML file possiblity to change hooks logic execution priority
