Display source codes in the contribution cards and contribution pages

• Add a configuration to enable/disable the display of source code field before the title of contributions
• Display the source code field before the title in contribution cards if config is TRUE
  
• Display the source code field as a label below the title or in the header in contribution pages if config is TRUE
• Add sorting by source code
