Import from Toshl

So I've got a big old backup from toshl.com I'd like to import, which columns should I use, etc?

Hey! :) So there are right now two ways of importing data into ocular, one is importing a json file that was previously exported. So you could export your data, modify it and import it again, but the structure of the import file is almost a 1-1 mapping of the internal data-structure so it might be a bit cumbersome, but still possible

Another one is importing a CSV file that'd would've come from googles annual budget planner, but there's currently no way of downloading a template so the only "template", besides using google sheets to get one, is in the tests: https://github.com/simonwep/ocular/blob/e1fe29d4cbdd1c87c3f940c4a017623d57607981/src/store/state/parser/googleAnnualBudgetSheet.spec.ts.

But I'll create an issue from this ticket for the next milestone, since importing data (from different sources) is currently overlooked and would be a very good addition!
