Feature Request: Apply MU filter on whole trace at the end of decomposition

Dear Simon,

as I am using the backend of MUEdit2 to run the decomposition, I would like to make the following request:

• Apply the MU filter on the whole trace of the EMG to reconstruct pulse trains and spike trains in the postprocessing step
• Make this option toggle-able via an optional argument in the function batch_process_filter and/or postprocess_step to either use the specified time window or the complete EMG trace

I believe this option increases flexibility of the algorithm but still allows the old behaviour by re-applying MU filters in the editing step.
