Unable to run the app – no response when enabling the mic

I followed the instructions in the README, including the steps from the pending PR. I can see the web app, however, when I enable the mic, the app does not respond or produce any output. There are no visible errors or logs to help trace the problem.

For context:

• My .env file is correctly configured with all required variables.
• All necessary Azure resources have been created and are accessible.

Could you please advise on how to further troubleshoot this issue or if there are additional debugging steps I might have missed?
