Add screenshot to README.md

And this brings up a common pain point that agents can almost certainly solve - keeping screenshots up to date as the app changes.

Would be awesome if one could include information for the agent that says whenever anything in the UI changes, capture a new screenshot of the app and if there are meaningful differences in the screenshot, include the updated screenshot in the PR. 🚀

I think everything I said for screenshots is also true for demo videos which would also be super awesome if an agent could create them and then keep them updated.

If @sethjuarez gets that working I think you should increase his birthday party budget. 🍰 😄

Actually if I (or Copilot!) modify the README.md it will conflict with #40 and #41, so maybe I'm blocked on submitting this until those are merged.

...Or on second thought, maybe this is an opportunity because I can submit the PR right away and then if you merge those after that, I can try asking Copilot to resolve the merge conflicts (which we all know is one of developers' least favorite things to do!). If Copilot can resolve merge conflicts that would be amazeballs.

Heck, Copilot Agent could even automatically detect the merge conflict and proactively try to resolve it without the user asking, which would be even more amazing.

Maybe it already even does that?

Now I want there to be a merge conflict so I can see how it's handled! 😄
