Open the same doc on web and desktop.
Edit the doc from web, and it quickly updates on desktop (Good!)
But then the "Publish" button goes green on desktop, and it says there are changes to publish. But there are not. There is no "delete draft" button. Even after refresh, the publish button remains green, even though I have made no changes on the desktop version of the doc
