I mean that when creating a shortcut where you can put a photo on the icon, there should be an option to make it completely transparent so that the icon or the shortcut name doesn't appear.

It's technically impossible. The launcher doesn't allow an empty name for a shortcut. And even if you use a transparent icon, the launcher adds a small corner icon of the app.

You could add a transparent widget to access it from there, which would give you two ways to do it. This would offer two options: the current access method and the ability to add a photo to the widget, or making it completely transparent to keep the screen clean.
