[ESSDIFFRACTION] Reduction GUI widgets don't register required parameters

The IntensityDspacingTwoTheta[SampleRun] target requires the user defining TwoThetaBins but those are not registered as widget parameters (in dream/parameters.py), so the workflow cannot be run in the widget GUI.
