parse local torrent files

Thanks for this amazing tool!

It seems the web app still query info from a server even if the user drop a local torrent file. Maybe make it able to parse the uploaded torrent files and show the content, as this repo luciopaiva/torrent-file-viewer does.

Not all torrent files have the necessary meta info available on them. So, querying the server is needed for getting metadata like seed/peer info and torrent contents, which is probably the only reason why I'd use this tool as you can find plenty of torrent file parsers (or you can create one yourself using parse-torrent).

EDIT:

However, this made me think that since we have name, hash and other meta fields readily available on local torrent files we could just show them immediately and then "stream" the rest of the info fields 🤔.

That being said, I'm planning to rewrite the client and server implementation (Next.js was a bloated choice for this for sure 😅) so will pick this up then.
