Description:
We’re initiating the CAPA repository rollout to track and document incidents according to the new qualification framework.
This issue will track:

  1. Setting up and creating the CAPA repository along with guidelines on how to manage issues on there
  2. The announcement to all teams about CAPA usage and eligibility.
  3. The process setup for issue creation and access.
  4. The assignment of owners to the Build Support page for active monitoring.

Notes
CAPA issues should be raised only when criteria are met:

  • Category 1 – Customer-facing issues (e.g., forms, donate button)
  • Category 2 – Internal development downtime (e.g., broken branches)

Add a recurring task to review open CAPAs during weekly CAPA call-outs.
Announcements should include direct link to repo + example issue.
