Doc: mention it works with .ssh/config file

Hi,

I was delighted to see that it actually works out of the box with the config file of ~/.ssh. Just using

Host c796cef230655d5d9837890eca2ddadca1a1d09[...]1
    Port 23278
    IdentityFile /home/me/.ssh/mykey

I just thought it would be worth mentioning it in the README.md

yes I agree, it should be in the README.

I am using it to for my remote vscode ssh sessions if I am not on my local network to use my main machine behind my router. I wanted to rework the readme for a while and add the VNC over iroh-ssh demo video #23 and maybe vscode integration. This goes on the list. I have no concrete plans for the rework atm, if you have a vision for adding a ssh config section, I would probably use that PR to rework the README, but otherwise, I will maybe get around to it with the next release.
