Record notifications not working if app isn't active for a while

**Battery optimization turned off for the app, Galaxy Tab S6

The issue I am experiencing is that record notifications would only work if:

-the app has been open/active recently before the record starts
-during boot up (for records that started when mobile device is off)

Usually I would turn on my mobile device around 12 hrs before a record would start and I usually won't launch the app between those times. I don't see any notifications 10 minutes before my record starts (I set to 10 minutes)

Not sure if its a bug or if it's an issue of my device.

Any updates to this? It still happens on the latest version

I am currently working on it. Next beta might solve it.
