Migrate RelayServer to `v1alpha2`

What would you like to be added?

RelayServer is a Kubernetes custom resource that is responsible to relay remote services and make them consumable over another cluster. RelayServer API contains fields that are from v1alpha1 which should be updated.

Why is this needed?

It's needed to use consume in remote locations.
