Extend Readme or literumble.appspot.com description - how to enter competition

robowiki.net is curently down since quite a while. Neither on http://literumble.appspot.com, nor here in the repo, I can find out, how to enter the literumble battler and how appear on the ranking.

Proposal: Add an explanation to the readme (or even better to http://literumble.appspot.com )on how and where to upload your robot. That would really be nice, thank you

Hi, robowiki is back up.

Honestly, without the participants list (hosted on the wiki) it is pretty much impossible to contribute battles. However with the participants list it is pretty easy. Maybe we need a different place for hosting the participants list? Any ideas welcome.
