Add mattermost to discuss together

The idea is to find something to be able to share what we need to do for the workshop and for the future.

I would want to try Mattermost, and maybe later go to Trello.

TODO:

• Install Mattermost
• Get it working with a clean url to access to it
• Add Github Integration
• Add IRC bridge
