Packaged frequently fail because some changes works only in editor but not tested in packaged.
Implement CI

• package the project
• run package project
• check ros communication

[nice to have or later]

• check turtlebot navigation test work
• other component tests, i.e. robot arm, external devices, character

[challenge]

• UE download inside github action
