Combine Dockerfile.infra and Dockerfile.airgap-go-tests

These two Dockerfiles do similar things and can be combined.

Hi, Is this issue open for contribution? I can take it.

I checked main and don’t see validation/pipeline/Dockerfile.airgap-go-tests; I only found it in your PR branch (floatingman/rancher-tests:feature/convert-airgap-tfp-tests, PR #498).

Also, when you say “combine”, do you want one Dockerfile that can build two different images (one for infra jobs, one for go-test jobs)?

Yes, just one Dockerfile, probably just the Dockerfile.airgap-go-tests, but this will also require replacing everywhere Dockerfile.infra is used.
