User Story: Document Satellite Configuration for Discovery

We will need to document the steps to configure satellite so that user's can install from a satellite instance.

I have written all of the steps that I needed to do for both the installing and configuring satellite. Those steps needed to be kept internal due to having private information regarding the satellite instance we configured for testing, but they can be found here for anyone in the RedHat org.

The particular section of the google docs that relate to this issue can be found under the Configuring Discovery with Satellite UI section.

The top level sections for configuring a Satellite Instance break down into these groups:

• Upload Manifest
• Add the Subscription
• Enable Discovery Content
• Sync the Content
• Configuring Discovery Server Container
• Host Machine (Connecting your host machine to the satellite instance)
