A customer should have the option of setting up and using QPC from GUI or the CLI

The QPC documentation currently has instructions for GUI usage only.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally the documentation should have GUI based instructions (with screenshots preferably) as well as CLI based instructions. Many customers prefer going the CLI route because they then know what is actually happening behind the screens.
