uestion: Official channel to submit a project proposal to the Qubic Board / Incubation Program #73

Description

@SuperMarco673

Question

I have developed a project proposal for the Qubic ecosystem and would like
to submit it through the official channel to the Qubic Strategic Board
and/or the Incubation Program.

Project Summary

The project is called Euro-Nexus Hub — a European distributed AI infrastructure
operator designed to connect enterprises, universities and academic institutions
to the Qubic network, driving real-world adoption and genuine AI utilization
demand through a two-step process:

  1. Activating dormant enterprise hardware via Ghost Mining as the entry point
  2. Guiding companies to use earned QUBIC tokens to build proprietary AI models
    on Aigarth as the destination

The proposal includes a full technical document, board presentation,
and executive summary, ready for review.

Questions

  1. Is the official submission channel still qubic.org/incubation-program?
  2. Is there a specific Discord channel for proposals
(currently unable to access Discord due to quarantine — see separate issue)?
  3. Should the proposal be submitted in English only,
    or are other languages accepted?
  4. Who are the current official contacts on the Qubic Strategic Board
(Andrew-X, Cade, Pomm3sgab3l) and what is the best way to reach them
directly once the Discord quarantine is resolved?
  5. What is the typical review timeline after submission?

Context

I am the same user who filed the Discord quarantine issue and the phishing
security alert in separate GitHub issues. I want to ensure I use only
verified official channels for this submission, given the phishing
incident I experienced.

Thank you
