Current PR Volume

We have a ton of PRs open currently, so for the first time in years I'm using labels on PRs.
This is temporary, I'll stop using labels for PRs once I have processed a couple.
I plan to do a solid maintenance session this evening, testing and merging several of the smaller PRs while ani-cli still works

During this time I may go ahead and:

• bump versions
• resolve merge conflicts
• resolve minor coding convention preferences

Okay, I now finished a solid dev/review block merging:

• feat: keep ongoing anime selectable in -c and integrate nextep countdown #1707
• docs: add Ubuntu Touch docs and reorganize unsupported into Tier 3 #1780
• fix: fixed regex for Status and Countdown Times #1717
• docs: fix accidental dead link in #1780 #1786
• fix: escape sed special chars in update_history to handle & in titles #1619
• feat: added year aired to results view #1784
• feat: add Homebrew formula for easier installation on macOS #1782

Closing #1777
And bumping the remaining 4 in their respective version numbers.
Sitting at 4 open PRs is fine.
