Cleanup and submit to pypi

We should claim imreg as a package name. To do this we need to clean up the source.

1. docstrings and documentation for examples need to be cleaned up, pylint and pep8 compliant.

2. sphinx docs need to be pushed to our web-page (pyimreg.github.com)

Features for 0.1 are all the current features in master.

I suggests we remove the Haar feature detector. I want to rather implement something like STAR features.

I had a look at the current state of documentation over the weekend. It does not build very well currently. I am not very familiar with Numpydoc so not sure what is wrong.

First pass, which is shifting to imreg package is done.

We need to clean docstrings up and perhaps still remove the haar code.
