What is the problem?

The tuuphra mk 2 and mk 3 signals set the recipe of the tuuphra plantation to the 0.5% chance recipes. There are no signals for the phase 2 or 3 cultivation program recipes, even with "add recipe signals" enabled in the settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable "add recipe signals"
2. Set the recipe of ta tuuphra plantation with a constant combinator
3. Notice that there is no signal for the cultivation program recipes
