As per title, the step taking place in the Filter is the only one in the entire chain that doesn't take productivity modules, making it inconsistent with the other two proddable ore processing chains.

Actually 3: Niobium, Rare Earth and Phosphorus all take productivity at every available step. Excluding the filtering step for molybdenum is just weird, in the middle of the chain like that.
