Add asciinema cast linked from docs landing page

Record an asciinema cast of a longer interactive walkthrough (config setup → discover → status → bounce). Embed the asciinema player in docs/index.md (or link out to asciinema.org). Complement to the inline GIF demo. Deferred from v0.3.0.
