Interference with bed leveling

When the printer does its bed leveling test, the extruder impacts the camera mount on the middle "bar", and slightly impacts the mount on the left and right side of the mount.

Proposed amendment is the remove half of the middle bar and lower the sidebars immediately off the screw holes.
