Proposal: Add this repository to the Podman Container Tools CNCF Project

Per the Podman Container Tools governance (located here) projects that are strongly related to Podman, appropriately licensed, high quality, and under active development are eligible to be added to the Podman Container Tools project. The image_build project meets all these criteria. The images built from this repo are widely consumed in the cloud to gain access to the core tools in the Podman Container Tools project.

As a Core Maintainer of Podman and a maintainer of the image_build repository, I recommend that this repository be added to the Podman Container Tools project. Maintainers of image_build can vote for or against in this issue.
