Goal
Detail the MVP UI mode so contributors know exactly what the first usable owner UI should and should not do.
Scope
- Document the owner first-run journey from
wasila init to opening UI mode.
- Define UI pages/states: setup, WhatsApp connect, daemon status, inbox/test conversation, owner approvals, logs.
- Explicitly mark UI mode as local-first/dev-pilot, not production-hardened hosted SaaS.
- Define trust boundaries between customer gateway, Wasila workflow, private assistant adapter, and owner approval.
- List deferred features: multi-business tenancy, hosted auth, cloud dashboard, marketplace, unrestricted tool execution.
Acceptance criteria
- A docs page or README section describes the UI mode journey and boundaries.
- The milestone issue list can be mapped to the documented pages/states.
- Security-sensitive actions are called out as requiring explicit owner action or future approval policy.
