Define MVP UI mode product flow and trust boundaries

Goal

Detail the MVP UI mode so contributors know exactly what the first usable owner UI should and should not do.

Scope

• Document the owner first-run journey from wasila init to opening UI mode.
• Define UI pages/states: setup, WhatsApp connect, daemon status, inbox/test conversation, owner approvals, logs.
• Explicitly mark UI mode as local-first/dev-pilot, not production-hardened hosted SaaS.
• Define trust boundaries between customer gateway, Wasila workflow, private assistant adapter, and owner approval.
• List deferred features: multi-business tenancy, hosted auth, cloud dashboard, marketplace, unrestricted tool execution.

Acceptance criteria

• A docs page or README section describes the UI mode journey and boundaries.
• The milestone issue list can be mapped to the documented pages/states.
• Security-sensitive actions are called out as requiring explicit owner action or future approval policy.
