Scope
- On
/account, show clear per-org claim status (pending / rejected / claimed) with timestamps.
- Add action prompts for rejected claims (contact/help/admin reapply guidance).
- On claim submission, show success + expected review SLA placeholder + claim id.
- Add
/account/claims optional subview (or section) for claim history and status.
- Add i18n text for all statuses and transitions.
Definition of done
- Claim journey is understandable without reading code/docs.
- Org owners know where they stand after claim submission.
- Rejection recovery path is discoverable from account screen.
