Pre-release: Improve claim onboarding status UX on account #33

Why

Claim-to-organization access transition is part of onboarding, but account UX is still minimal for claim status guidance.

Scope

  • On /account, show clear per-org claim status (pending / rejected / claimed) with timestamps.
  • Add action prompts for rejected claims (contact/help/admin reapply guidance).
  • On claim submission, show success + expected review SLA placeholder + claim id.
  • Add /account/claims optional subview (or section) for claim history and status.
  • Add i18n text for all statuses and transitions.

Definition of done

  • Claim journey is understandable without reading code/docs.
  • Org owners know where they stand after claim submission.
  • Rejection recovery path is discoverable from account screen.
