composite event to include information about resources requested in a job

As part of #2170 we now have the following pegasus related classads generated in the htcondor submit files

• +pegasus_cores
• +pegasus_gpus
• +pegasus_memory_mb
• +pegasus_diskspace_mb

it would be useful to encode this information also in the composite events to give an idea of how much resources were requested for the job

monitord should parse the submit files and encode these pegasus classads into the job composite files
