[feature] benchmark

I am not sure if this is already mentioned but it would be nice if there is a set of benchmarks that compare this project with other projects for optimization problems.

Hi @mert-kurttutan, thanks for your interest in oximo!

Benchmarks are definitely a repeated request, and I understand why.
There are already some benchmarks in the repo, but they mostly cover some threshold parameters (See https://github.com/oximo-rs/oximo/tree/main/crates/oximo/benches). I definitely want to create a set of benchmarks to compare oximo with other projects, mostly Pyomo and JuMP.

I expect both will outperform oximo for now, since they've had years of optimization behind them, while oximo is still quite new. I haven't focused much on performance yet, as there are still many basic features I'd like to add first. Also, creating fair benchmarks is somewhat hard, considering that each programming language is different and it is easy to screw up.

Would you be interested in working on this? Happy to discuss implementation details if so.

I'd definitely want to reach out to the JuMP and/or Pyomo maintainers before publishing any results where (and if) oximo comes out ahead, just in case there's something wrong with the benchmarks.
