Missing envvar description: OWNCLOUD_KNOWLEDGEBASE_ENABLED

The envvar OWNCLOUD_KNOWLEDGEBASE_ENABLED using the config key knowledgebaseenabled is present in the code and envvar list page here, but has no description. Double checked if the key exists in core ❌ - it is not present at all.

The answer is not clear enough.
Does this means we do not add explaining text to the envvar or do we remove the envvar from the list although it exists.
