[front-end requirement] create unique shortcode hash for project URL

[ortonomy]

We currently use UUID as unique identifier for the projects

We should create a friendlyURL column or computed column to use as the URL slug for unique objects so front-end can use a more friendly URL scheme.

Suggestion: orgName-projectName URL schema
