I have heard that OWGIS is active again and is swiching on ol3. Can you please provide its new sources?

Now there is only the experimental version of OpenWebGIS with OpenLayers3 and it is available at the link. At present source code of this OpenWebGIS version is not available at GitHub, because there is little code.

Wow thanks very much. I think if you add some support for bootstrap or other javascript liberaries for UI it would be great. How can I contribute in this project?
