Is PullApprove still necessary?

Hi @opencontainers/image-tools-maintainers!

Are you still using PullApprove for this project? It looks like this one is the only project that still has a .pullapprove.yml file and GitHub's branch protection now supports effectively the same approval rules. As PullApprove is a paid service, if we're not using it we can save a bit in the OCI budget.

I don't think so, it's not intentional at least.

We do have an alternative tool we are using in CNCF that could be a more effective replacement down the line if we needed something fancy: https://github.com/cncf/gitvote
