Add email log cleanup action to global email log panel

The OpenDxp core command opendxp:email:cleanup --older-than-days=X is currently the only way to purge email logs. Content admins have no way to clean up logs themselves.

Add a "Clean up" button to the global email log panel (which also allows defining the same "older-than-days" parameter).
