Examplify does not load PDF pages properly

Each time I open the attached textbook, it only loads the first few pages, and then all pages goes blank. Is there anyway to fix that? (I'm using Windows 11 with decent hardware setup)

Same thing happens for me. Windows 10 - Adobe Acrobat installed and antivirus disabled.

For my case, it occurred after I try to search for a keyword

@terryasdf , @K-J-Q people in CS2103 faced similar issues.
Apparently "clean reinstall" of adobe reader -- uninstall - restart - reinstall fixed the problem
