Will there be deductions for this mistake?

I forgot to deploy my UG after having submitted everything in my iP (including the updated UG itself) last week. By the time I realized that I had missed that step, it was already a few hours past the deadline.

Since there was no actual content missing from my submission at that point, will I face any deductions for this mistake?
