[BUG] - Always on Top

Description

When the application is turned back on the option Always on Top does not respond, you have to open Settings > Prefrences to make it start Always on Top, it shoes like it saved the option as On but it wont activate till Settings > Prefrences is opened, after that it will function correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Speako.
2. Will not Always on Top
3. Go'n too Sett'ns > Prefrences will activate Always on Top

Expected Behavior
To remeber an load preset option Always on Top with out have'n to go into Sett'ns > Prefrences

Actual Behavior
Always on Top does not fuction till Sett'ns is opened > Prefrences
