Disables TRIRIGA service
Disable-TririgaService [-environment] <String> [[-instance] <String>] [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>]
[-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
Disables TRIRIGA services. Disabled services will not start on server reboot.
If you run this against a production environment, a warning will be shown. There is a 10 second wait.
