DSL2: mapdamage appears in multiqc, even when it is not run

Description of the bug

Mapdamage plots are produced even when no mapdamage is getting executed

Steps to reproduce

git checkout dev

nextflow run main.nf -profile test_microbial,singularity -w ./work --outdir ./out_test_microbial

--> check multiqc_report.html

Expected behaviour

Output plots should only come from tools executed
