UI: Option to filter vulnerabilities based on based OS image

We need an option to filter vulnerabilities based on based OS image

Hi @xingzhang-suse ,

Verify with manager v4331 + fleet v5832, I got one problem (not sure if it's expected?)
Please kindly check.

Steps:

• Run registry scan (ex: scan ubuntu:22.04) and wait for it to finish
• Go to Vulnerabilities page
• Click "Advanced Filter"
• Click "Service -> Image"
• In "Image Base OS" portion, set some settings (ex: "contains" ubuntu ) and then click "Apply" button
• Find it will take effect
• Click "Advanced Filter" again
• Find the settings (ex: "Image Base OS ~ ubuntu" still exists) -> No problem.
• Go to other page (ex: Compliance page) and then go back to Vulnerabilities page
• Click "Advanced Filter" again
• Find the settings (ex: "Image Base OS ~ ubuntu" does NOT exist anymore) -> Problem !

So far, our filters in the page is only cached in the page. We don't have cache feature across the pages.
It is current design status.
We don't treat this behavior as a issue.
