This is topic for improving the configuration of the URL of the web UI to make it flexible.
We got a 3rd party PR for it and after review and pretest by dev, we will merge it and move it to QA test

For QA test
Set PATH_PREFIX in the environment variable, for example PATH_PREFIX=nv.
The use https:///nv/
Without PATH_PREFIX -> https://

For documentation
Record the important formation of the URL which ending with slash, if PATH_PREFIX is applied

Tested with 5.6.0 manager build. I set the following env in the manager deployment to verify this issue.

- name: PATH_PREFIX
  value: nv

Able to access NeuVector web ui by appending nv/
