Incorrect GeoIP: All IP register as Ukraine

Environment
Platform: AKS
Kubernetes/Platform Version(s): 1.24.4
NeuVector chart version: 2.2.3

Describe the bug
All IPs are tagged as being from Ukraine when they are not (always) from Ukraine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Notifications > Security Events
2. Get requests causing warnings so an IP is logged.
3. A 🇺🇦 appears next to the IP.

Expected behavior
The actual GeoIP position should be reported.

Is it perhaps simply a GeoIP database that's old?
