Wildcard discovery not logged in CSV output

Been a while since there was any activity on this project. I hope it's not dead, as subfuz.py is a really useful utility.

I came across an issue today. Using the -csv filename.csv option, subfuz.py output shows "[-] Wildcard A record found for XXX", but this discovery is not included in the resulting filename.csv file.

Is this a bug, or a feature? It would be nice if it were included, either as *.domain.com or just as domain.com. Is there a way to do that?

Project has been forked over to https://github.com/Eplox/subfuz for bug fixes as I no longer have access or control over this repository.

It's correct that wildcards are not recorded to output or csv. Wildcard DNS answers are unreliable and reporting all of them would result in massive amounts of false positives.
As suggested, I'll have a look at creating a single entry of *.domain if wildcards been found. This will be implemented under the forked version.

Thanks for the reply! Great to hear it's still maintained under the forked repo. I checked out your fork and will use that going forward. Thanks for considering my wildcard feature request, that would be a very useful addition.
